What is actually changing?

Eight facets that describe any actor: a person, a team, a company, an agent.

8F is the ontology. You describe the current state as facts across eight facets, then the target state the same way. The difference between the two is not a feeling. It is a development agenda you can hand to someone.

Worth knowing
Lenses, not replacements

Classic tools stay useful as optional lenses on a facet. PESTEL reads the Environment facet; it does not replace it. The vocabularies stay distinct and are joined by crosswalks, never merged.
