What do I do next?

Three thinking actions, three doing actions.

6C is the action model, meant as a diagnostic aid. When something is stuck, the question is not motivation. It is which of the six actions is missing, and whether you are doing when you should be thinking.

Worth knowing
The shape is the mapping

Core is present essence, Concept is the forward state, Constraints are the rules that decide what is allowed. These are the same three that an identity is written from, which is why mission, vision and values map onto them exactly.

The other four models

Each one answers exactly one question.
